“During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at Kanpai, the gluten-free restaurant. I was thrilled to discover that everything on the menu was gluten-free, and the food was fabulous. I tried sake, not on the menu but available upon request. The buffet at breakfast was well-stocked, and I loved the availability of gluten and dairy-free options, including bread and croissants.
