lovely staff huge suite daily water
All the staff were lovely from arrival to departure. I stayed in a suite. It was huge and very comfortable. There were many treats including slippers, a tote bag, flip flops, daily water, and pillow chocolates.
My suite, while large, seemed a bit dated. The view overlooked a tree. One of the smaller restaurants lacked windows. It was quite noisy.

The rooms included satellite TV and a free safe. Tea and coffee were provided daily without charge. A fridge and a microwave were available in the room too. The balcony was very spacious.

Breakfast had a wide selection and delicious food. The reception staff offered champagne at arrival. They provided helpful information throughout the week. The pool area had options for both kids and adults.

a good week
fabulous dinner quick service
we stayed in a lovely suite during xmas. the dinner at los lobos restaurant was fabulous.. pablo, the head waiter, were great too satisfy our expectations and time. the kids were eager to attend the mini disco, so their food arrived quickly and early.
the rooms felt a bit tired, as did the decor throughout. investment in the rooms and spa is needed. nearby hotels offer a more modern experience at a better price.
